Horizon Elementary

On Friday, April 26, two Horizon classrooms came together for a special project and found great success!  Mr. Koranda's 2nd grade class had been studying habitats in Science, exploring ponds, rivers, swamps, oceans, tide pools, rain forests, and deserts.  To wrap up their studies, they chose to create projects based on their favorite habitats.  Miss Massey's 4th grade class decided to join in, and their partnership, along with the support of parent volunteers, provided the perfect environment for each 2nd grader to make a 'habitat vest.'  Go, Team Horizon!
